These terms apply to all purchases from ghostcable.com.

1. Seller

ghostcable.com is operated by Ghost Cable LLC, 9520 Owensmouth Avenue, Suite 1, Chatsworth, CA 91311.

2. Made-to-order manufacturing

Products are manufactured to the specification selected by the customer at the time of order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of that specification. Product images are representative; finishes may vary from their appearance on screen.

3. Orders and payment

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase, accepted on confirmation by Ghost Cable LLC. Payment is processed at checkout by third-party payment providers. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

4. Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Ghost Cable LLC reserves the right to correct pricing or description errors and to decline or cancel any order. Where an order is cancelled by Ghost Cable LLC, a full refund is issued.

5. Returns, warranty, and shipping

The Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Ghost Cable name, is the property of Ghost Cable LLC or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Ghost Cable LLC arising from any product or from use of this site is limited to the amount paid for the product at issue. Ghost Cable LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not permit these limitations, in which case they may not apply.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

9. Changes

Ghost Cable LLC may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version in effect.
