Shipping policy

1. Production and dispatch

Custom cables are built to order, typically in 4 to 5 business days. Standard Configuration cables ship in 2 business days. In-stock cables sold through our social shops ship the next business day. Orders of more than 10 cables may take longer, and we will confirm a ship date with you. Build time is counted before the cable leaves our shop. Carrier transit is separate.

2. Rates and methods

Shipping methods and rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

3. International orders

Ghost Cable LLC ships internationally. For most destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery. Where duties cannot be collected at checkout, any import duties, taxes or customs charges set by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.

5. Delays and loss

Ghost Cable LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs processing, or for shipments recorded by the carrier as delivered.

6. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address entered at checkout. Reshipping an order sent to an incorrect address may incur additional charges.
