All products are manufactured to order. Estimated production time is stated on the product page and at the time of order.

2. Rates and methods

Shipping methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International orders

Ghost Cable LLC ships internationally. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

4. Tracking

Tracking information is issued by email at dispatch.

5. Delays and loss

Ghost Cable LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs processing, or for shipments recorded by the carrier as delivered.

6. Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Reshipment resulting from an incorrectly provided address may incur additional charges.
